Therapy can support you to process challenging emotions and experiences. It can help you to take a different approach in responding to difficulties. Part of my approach is to help you identify your strengths and to support you to be an ally to yourself as you walk your wellness journey. I meet you where you're at and we go at a pace that feels safe and comfortable, yet challenging enough to support change. I view the you in the context of your life story because it can be helpful to identify values and experiences from where you've been to help you move to where you want to go.
